A Canadian court has  ruled  that wine made in West Bank settlements cannot legally be labeled as 'Made in Israel."

Canada’s Federal Court handed down the decision with a written opinion stating that allowing settlement wines to be labeled as ‘Products of Israel’ was "unreasonable.”

Eugene Kontorovich, head of the international law department at the Kohelet policy forum, told KAN's Mark Weiss the ruling was wrong and expressed hope the Canadian government will challenge it.
