A well-preserved 1,500-year-old Byzantine-era church has been unearthed in Ramat Beit Shemesh. The Bible Lands Museum in Jerusalem opens an exhibit of the finds. The only mystery that remains is the name of the martyr this whole church complex was built to honor. Reporter Arieh O’Sullivan visited the site and hears from chief excavator Benyamin Storchan of the Israel Antiquities Authority.
