The New Right headed by Naftali Bennett and Ayelet Shaked, and the National Union headed by Bezalel Smotrich, have decided to run together in the elections.

New Right Chair Naftali Bennett said that this was a great day.

The National Union gets the 3rd and 4th spots on the list.

In their announcement, the New Right called on the Jewish Home to join and to re-form Yamina, but did not issue a similar call to Otzma Yehudit.

The Jewish Home condemned Bennett and Smotrich and is now trying to recruit new faces in an effort to cross the electoral threshold.

KAN's Mark Weiss spoke with pollster Jeremy Saltan , and asked him firstly about the possible impact of the decision of the New Right and the National Union to run on a joint list.
