To date, two cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the Gaza Strip, after two residents returned to the Palestinian enclave from Pakistan. While Israel and the World Health Organization have coordinate the transfer of special equipment to the Gaza Strip, health officials there warn that given existing situation in the densely populated territory, a coronavirus outbreak there would be catastrophic.
