Synagogues and congregations are grappling with  how to conduct the upcoming High Holiday services during the coronavirus pandemic. The Modern Orthodox movement Ohr Torah Stone has created specially- condensed, machzorim (prayer books) for Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur to respond to the health and logistic challenges posed by COVID-19.  The prayer books, available online at the Ohr Torah Stone web site, were designed in a way to prioritize health and safety while still focusing on the core halakhic, spiritual and liturgical priorities of the prayer services. KAN reporter Naomi Segal heard more from Rabbi  Dr. Kenneth Brander, President Rosh HaYeshiva of Ohr Torah Stone.
