The Civil Administration has reportedly offered the residents of Khan al Ahmar, the illegal Bedouin village along the Jerusalem-Jericho highway, to relocate across the road, according to YNET. The NGO Regavim, which monitors Bedouin activity, has blasted the reported deal. Naomi Kahn, director of Regavim’s International Division, said it would play into the hands of the Palestinian Authority who are seeking to beef up Arab residents in the area that links the northern and southern West Bank.
