Israel has revised its guidelines regarding the entry of foreign nationals during the coronavirus period, allowing those who are vaccinated and recovered from COVID-19 to visit first-degree relatives here. Entry is subject to prior approval from the Population and Immigration Authority or the Foreign Ministry. KAN reporter Naomi Segal heard more about the changes from Dov Lipman, a former member of Knesset and  currently Secretary General of the Confederation of United Zionists, who has been an advocate on the issue.
