Israel’s 2nd medal at the Tokyo Olympics came on Saturday when the mixed Judo team won a bronze medal, sharing the podium with Germany.

France won a gold medal and Japan came away with silver.

The event is taking place at the Olympics for the first time and includes six judokas from different weight groups - 3 men and 3 women.

Israel’s team  included Timna Nelson Levy from Jerusalem, the daughter of American olim.
