A 6th trilateral summit between the leaders of Greece, Israel and Cyprus, is slated to take place in Israel on Wednesday, with the participation of U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. The meeting is expected to focus on regional developments, including plans to advance construction of an EastMed pipeline to transfer natural gas from the Eastern Mediterranean to Europe.

KAN's Naomi Segal asked Gabriel Mitchell, a policy fellow at Mitvim, The Israeli Institute for Regional Foreign Policies, if Pompeo's inclusion is significant.
