Answers to Request for Clarification - Part 4

Clarification - The code for each product is determined according to the Israel Tax Authority code book, which is published on its website, and Respondents are invited to review it. It is hereby clarified that KAN is the importer, and KAN reserves the right to change at any stage the identity of the importer, at its sole discretion, such that the importer may be any other entity, and the Supplier will be obligated to act in accordance with KAN’s instructions. It is further clarified, for the avoidance of doubt, that all costs, charges and expenses of any nature involved in the import of equipment for the Contest to Israel, including all freight, loading and unloading costs, customs duties, import charges, VAT and any other tax, are to be borne in their entirety by the Supplier.

KAN hereby informs that the deadline for submitting proposals in the

 

RFP for Staging is postponed to Sunday, 13.1.19, 12:00 Israel time.

The deadline for clarification questions is Thursday 17:00 Israeli time.

be supplied separately to Respondents, following the signature thereby of a non-disclosure agreement
