In order to access and view the Tender Documents, tenderer must register in advance in the Sourcingvision online system at: www.Sourcingvision.com using the "Registration Form" therein (opening the "Tender Document" file gives automatic access to registering). Non Israeli tenderers may also register by sending the Bidder's Information Form attached to Sourcingvision using the service e-mail address stated in the form. Provisions of the full Tender documents shall prevail.
