Lawsuit ties UNRWA to the October 7 massacre
The family of Yonatan Samerano, 21, who was murdered during the October 7th , 2023 Hamas attack on southern Israel has filed a lawsuit against UNRWA, alleging the UN refugee agency played a role in his abduction and death. Amid protests, Knesset panel discusses politically appointed probe into October 7
