Mayor decries growing lawlessness in the Negev
Residents in the south are decrying the lawlessness. Mayor of the community of Meitar near Bersheva, Shimon Peretz, who was meeting with President Isaac Herzog on the matter, told KAN that greater law enforcement was required, particularly to confiscate weapons. Foreign media want to enter Gaza. Israel says it's too dangerous.
The Foreign Press Association has expressed 'profound disappointment' with the Israeli government’s submission to the Supreme Court arguing in favor of continuing the ban on journalists entering the Gaza Strip, despite the ceasefire.
