"Most residents of Kiryat Shmona will not return to their homes."
Ariel Frish, the security officer for Kiryat Shmona, the Upper Galilee border city that has been hit by scores of rockets from Lebanon, says he is not happy with the ceasefire under discussion. He predicted that most residents will not return to their homes if the ceasefire is signed.
