Six months after the October 7th attack, much of the community of Kibbutz Nirim in the Gaza periphery has resettled temporarily in housing in Beer Sheva. Longtime Kibbutz Nirim member Adele Raemer, a grandmother of eight who is active in public diplomacy and who writes and speaks widely about life on Israel's southern border, spoke to KAN's Naomi Segal about the efforts to rebuild and to heal.
