Despite  headlines declaring the ICJ ordered Israel to immediately halt its offensive in Rafah,  Israeli officials claim that the judges issued a very carefully worded ruling that does not actually compel the fighting in Rafah to stop. Robbie Sabel is a professor of law at Jerusalem’s Hebrew university. KAN's Mark Weiss spoke with him about Friday’s ICJ ruling at The Hague.
