The International Court of Justice declared in a non-binding ruling that Israel's presence in East Jerusalem and the West Bank is illegal. KAN reporter Naomi Segal asked Alan Baker, former legal adviser of Israel's foreign ministry, and currently head of the international  law program at the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs what legal or other consequences there could be from the opinion.
