Lawlessness in the Negev goes from bad to worse
State Comptroller Matanyahu Englman warns that the lack of governance in the Negev has worsened, leaving thousands of women and children in polygamous family structures, contractors exposed to protection rackets,and state infrastructure repeatedly damaged.
