Analyzing UN court's interim ruling in genocide case against Israel
The United Nations’ top court on January 26 ordered Israel to take steps to prevent death and injury of Palestinians in the war in Gaza, but stopped short of ordering a unilateral cease-fire. South Africa brought the complaint, accusing Israel of genocidal intent in its military campaign against Hamas, which was launched in response to the terror group's October 7th massacre in southern Israel.
